    Controlled pilots at high-demand airports with a limited number of daily bags, measuring reliability, cost, and passenger satisfaction.

  4. Phase 4

    City-by-city rollout

    Scaling door-to-airport and airport-to-door delivery in cities where validated demand is strongest.

    Smart air cargo platform

    Full demand-driven cargo forecasting for airports, airlines, exporters and freight forwarders — better belly-hold utilisation on every flight.
