What we collect

• Poll votes, stored with an anonymous browser identifier only.
• Feedback survey answers, including any optional name, email, phone and city you choose to share.
• Subscription details: name, email address, airport or city and pilot interest.
• Anonymous visit analytics: page path, referrer source, device type and time on page.

How we use it

We use this information to validate demand, decide which airports to launch first, shape pricing and service design, and to email you updates you asked for. We do not sell your data.

Legal basis and consent

You provide information voluntarily by submitting a poll, survey or subscription form. Analytics data is anonymous and used only in aggregate to understand site usage.

Storage and security

Submissions are stored in a managed, access-controlled database. Only authorised Prebook Cargo administrators can view submitted responses.

Retention

We keep validation data for as long as it remains useful to the project, and remove or anonymise it on request.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and you can unsubscribe from emails at any time. Write to hello@prebookcargo.com.

Cookies and local storage

We use browser local storage to remember that you have already voted in a poll and to generate an anonymous visitor identifier. We do not use advertising cookies.

We may update this policy as the product develops. The latest version will always be published on this page.
