Every airport journey still starts the same way: dragging bags into a taxi, queuing at baggage drop, and waiting at a belt on arrival. Terminals get congested, passengers get exhausted, and belly-hold cargo capacity flies half empty because demand is only known hours before departure.

We think both problems share one root cause — baggage and cargo are handled reactively instead of being prebooked. When you know what is moving before the day of travel, everything downstream gets simpler.

Founder's note

Prebook Cargo started from a simple observation at an airport queue: the hardest part of flying happens before you ever reach the gate. We're building this in the open, with airports, airlines, logistics operators and — most importantly — passengers. Every response collected on this site shapes where and how we launch first.

Why now

Air travel and e-commerce logistics are converging. Last-mile networks are dense, tracking is real-time, and airports are actively investing in passenger experience and non-aeronautical revenue. The infrastructure exists — it simply has not been connected around the passenger yet.
